The study focused on investigating the challenges in implementation of children’s right to worship. It explored the gaps that exist between the knowledge of children’s right to worship on one hand and practice of the right on the other. Special interest centered on the social, economic and cultural determinants in community’s knowledge, attitudes and practices of the right. The study used both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods that included key informants, informal interviews and questionnaires. Teachers, parents and children’s workers were purposely chosen as respondents to this study as their experience and influence in children’s life would serve more meaningful contributions to the study.
