The Project This project investigates the factors that influence female enrolment in postgraduate studies of the College of Education and External Studies of the University of Nairobi. The study was conducted in the departments of Educational Administration and Planning, Extra Mural Studies and Educational Communication and Technology. The objectives of the study were to establish the influence of economic, social/cultural, personal or individual and contextual factors on enrolment of female in postgraduate studies.
