In this work more advanced techniques and statistical methods were considered to answer a lot of important questions. The inter-specific variations between the selected Serranid species were evaluated in term of morphometric and meristic analysis, electrophoretic proteins patterns, number of isoenzymes, gene frequencies, genetic identity, genetic distance, heterozygozity and genotypes.
