Elements such as Pb, Cd , Al, are important as they can contaminate foods from the tools and machines used in the production of dairy products.The present work was designed to throw some light over the concentration of Lead, Cadmium and Aluminum in market butter and ghee, as well as to study the effect of frying and manufacturing process of some dairy products on the concentration of the estimated heavy metals in such products.
