The study assesses the performance of farmer group’s member on human resource development. The study focus on the group members’ knowledge, attitude and skill changed through group activities, confidence developed, skill transferred and satisfaction in the skill transfer after involving in farmers group.The major theme of the study was to access the farmer's group as an entity which should not be taken as a tool to transfer but a medium of individual skill development.
