The overall goal was to synthesize and characterize stable, monodisperse polymeric NPs loaded with drugs using flash nanoprecipitation in a Multi Inlet Vortex Mixer (MIVM)which could be used subsequently to build nano-clusters (NCs) comprising different drugs. The work further aimed at studying and optimizing drug encapsulation, loading and release kinetics from the synthesized NPs for different polymers.
