Описание Pesticides, an indispensable component of integrated pest management (IPM), can considerably reduce these loses. In order to assess the residue levels of insecticides in fresh fruits, grain, vegetable grains, 68 samples were collected from two main markets and different district of Karnataka State. On the basis our purpose the samples were extracted in acetonitrile, acetone and n-hexane. The extracts were cleaned up through Florisil column with petroleum ether +diethyl ether, n-hexane + acetone and dichloromethane+ acetone as eluent and were analyzed for residues.
