Using the Techiman municipality, a rapidly expanding mid-sized city as a case, it can be argued that land has been subjected to excessive stress. It thus behooves on government, and the diverse actors in the sphere of land use to identify appropriate mix of policies to enhance sustainability in Ghana's land sector
