Variation of every bioanalytes in blood above or below a specific range indicates some imbalance in regular metabolic activities. There are various methods which have come up in the measurement of bioanalytes. We have used a novel and new method of measuring the amount of bioanalytes in blood using their optical nonlinearities. Optical Z-Scan technique for measurement of bioanaytes is scientifically a new approach. Optical nonlinear nature of bioanalytes is utilized to measure their concentration. Optical nonlinearity results in nonlinear refractive index and the same is measured by Z-Scan technique using laser as source of excitation.
