Its no more a trade secret, but a fact realized by all. Managing human resource is an art, which requires humane approach. The best approach is to deal them with care and affection. This care is required whether one interacts with other human or with an organization. When an organization offers care and affection to its employees, it is denoted as Organizational Support. But only support from organization doesn't work, human interaction at work can also effect employees' perception about organization. So, support should be all-round i.e. support from management, support from supervisors, support from co-workers.
