Any script stems out from thoughts to words when a gap is identified and a need is recognized to be fulfilled. This book is also an outcome of an idea originated while working on research thesis. Perceived organizational support, the work under consideration, has been an area that is attracting researchers and academician since its emergence. There are hundreds of researchers that have some way or other investigated role of perceived organizational support in organization, but it has been noticed that there is no agreed upon model available that could cover the antecedents and consequences of perceived organizational support. This research endeavor is aimed to cover the extensive literature published on perceived organizational support and ultimately use it to find out common antecedents and consequences of perceived organizational support and developing a universally applicable model.
