My Book titled: From Text to Screen: Issues and Images in Schindler's List is a work on adaptation,with a particular focus on Steven Spielberg's film, Schindler's List adapted from Thomas Keneally's book, Schindler's Ark. Although articles have been written on the subject of adaptation and subsequently on the film this is the first time that a comprehensive comparative work on the same has been attempted. My effort in writing on this subject also contributes significantly to Holocaust Studies and also to Australian Studies in India. The study of Australian literature is gaining significant ground in many English Literature departments of various universities around the world.
