To our knowledge, this is the first project to evaluate Arab Broca’s aphasics. The question of the role played by Broca’s area (BA) in matters concerning Arabic language, notably Arabic phonological and syntactic aspects remain unsolved. All researches that have been done on such issue investigated the phenomenon from other languages’ viewpoints. These conclusions lead to constructive reactions among researchers of the new generation who found that the phonological and syntactic aspects of Arab Broca’s aphasics were not investigated. This study attempts to fill in this gap by analyzing the results of the case at hand. Specifically, it attempts to shed the light on Arabic aphasics whose phonological and syntactic abilities has never been assessed before. The challenge is to maintain an environment that fosters the neuropsycholinguistic researches because this type of research is the precursor of innovative research in the field not only in KSA, but also in the Arab world.
