The research for creation of this the book was financial supported by the grant of the Target Federal program "Scientific and pedagogical manpower of innovation Russia" for 2009-2013 years within the bounds of the activity 1.1 "The conducting of scientific research by the collectives of Scientific- Education centers", "The conducting of scientific research by the collectives of Scientific-Education Centers in the field of psychology and pedagogics"; project "The analysis of the effectivity of the Russian Media Education Centers in comparison with the leading foreign centers". The research supervisor of the project is Prof. Dr. Alexander Fedorov.
