The most important development in the implemmentation of the language as medium are student performance improved, the understanding level of students increased,the "shinashigna" language become a written language and there is some positive attidue towards the language of instruction from the community.The most dominant challenges of the shinashigna medium are lack of well trainned teachers , lack of research and training, lack books, poor support from the concerned politicans , no reference materials in the language,weak capacity of training instituion and poor on time provision of text books are the common problems that affect the program implemmentation.The study suggetsted that the government and NGOs has to support the effective use of "Shinashigna" in education to promote the development of the "Shinasha" culture and language.
