The core idea of the field is to provide infrastructure, soft wares, utilities, and platforms online. But the main concern of the tittle is that each cloud has its own standard that's why they not able to communicate with each other. Therefore, an agent is used to perform interoperability and portability, because they are interoperable by default as per Foundation of Physical Agent(FIPA). Hence increase the scope of Cloud User in prospective of best services and avoid inconvenience.
