Effective supply chain management (SCM) practices has become a potentially valuable way for improving organizational performance since competition is no longer between organizations, but among supply chains. This research conceptualizes and empirically tests the SCM practices. Primary data for the study were collected from 255 executives of manufacturing firms using structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple mean, chi-square test, independent sample T-test, Analysis of Variance, factor analysis, cluster analysis, discriminate analysis, correspondence analysis, canonical correlation and Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).
