In any organization it is very much important to know whether the organization is effectively running or not. For smoothly and effectively running of any organization it is important to know the necessary requirements. Without identifying the necessary requirements an organization can not run smoothly and effectively. Here I have done my project on EVALUATION OF OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS OF NEEPCO( AGTPP), where I find the effectiveness of the operation of NEEPCO. In this project I find out the necessary requirements which can make the operation of NEEPCO more smooth and effective. Here I also find out what are the problem facing by the employees of NEEPCO. If we rectify those problem facing by the employees then it also help to smooth and effective running of operation of NEEPCO. So for any organization effective running of operation is essential in order to increase the outcome.
