The book aims at highlighting the factors related to an employee’s job satisfaction. For this purpose a comparative study was conducted among three levels of employee i.e. staff, faculty and class four employees at the Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar, Pakistan. The book illustrates the factors responsible for the motivation of these three classes of employees and to compare the result with each other. It was concluded that the staff, faculty and class four employees were happy with almost all the factors salary being the major factor of their satisfaction.
