The significance of this book lies in the exploration of almost a non-existent field of study that is rarely studied on a national or even regional level. The environmental forces and factors affecting the current educational policy were therefore explored to highlight specific policy-implementation gaps, as well as other procedural errors. Furthermore, in light of current statistics and data, this book specifies the necessities of founding a supervisory organization or establishment and shows the consequences of a lack of effective supervision and monitoring of VET institutions in Qatar.
