Therefore, the readers would understand and know that these three factors influence the customers Intention to Revisit in a restaurant. Quantitative data has been taken from 180 respondents. The survey was conducted in Klang Valley. Lastly after completing this research it is proven that these three factors do have a positive relationship with customer satisfaction in the restaurant with the implementation of G.S.T.
