The farmers in Nigeria like in most parts of the world are naturally endowed with resources that could transform their environment and their lives if effectively managed. However, they have remained abjectly poor. This study was an analysis of the factors that has affected efficient management practices of these God given resources by farmers. The findings of this work avail readers the opportunity to understand what these resources are, what factors could help their efficient management as well as the examination of the profiles of farmers in the study area. The empirical approach in the analysis of these factors gives credence to the results presented in this book.
