Tin disulphide thin films can be synthesized using spray pyrolysis at different substrate temperature using SnCl2.2H2O and thiourea as precursor compounds. These films will be characterized with thickness measurements, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (SEM-EDS), UV-Visible spectroscopy, Four-point probe technique and Photoluminescence.
