Sixteen cases of hypospadias were studied in this study. These cases were taken from patients admitted in pediatric surgery ward in kims hubli from November 2009-july 2011. Each of the cases were recorded individually as per the proforma and investigations were done as per the requirement of the cases. This study has included 4 glanular,4 coronal,2subcoronal,1 anterior-penile,3mid penile,2posterior penile,1penoscrotal types of hypospadias. There was one case had underwent supra pubic cystostomy for urethral calculi. The History of consanguinous was elicited in 4 cases. Two cases had bilateral undecendent testis and one case with short penis. In addition, out of twenty-one case 13 underwent single stage procedure and three had underwent two stage procedures. Of the different procedures the distal hypospadias had underwent 6 magpi procedures, for penile shaft hypospadias 6 had underwent snodgras technique.one underwent duckett’s procedure.
